We're hiring Client Support Specialists to join our in-house customer service team in Taguig City (McKinley area). This role supports clients in the US and Canada through calls, emails, and other channels.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and account inquiries.
  • Assist with orders, subscriptions, refunds, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client concerns.
  • Join projects such as product launch campaigns and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer service or client support experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig on night shifts and rotating schedules (weekends/holidays included).
