Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and conference rooms.
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and scanning.
- Provide information to clients, visitors, and staff as needed.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).
- Willing to start ASAP
- Amenable to work near Bridgetowne Pasig
Job Type: Full-time
