Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled
ServiceNow Consultants and Managers
to support, enhance, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including ITxM (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Operations (SecOps), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). This role will focus on delivering managed services such as incident resolution, service requests, and platform maintenance while ensuring efficiency, reliability, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support across ServiceNow modules, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Design, configure, and implement enhancements to workflows, forms, and reports using ServiceNow's out-of-the-box features.
  • Fulfill service requests through self-service portals and automation tools (Flow Designer, Workflow Editor).
  • Perform routine platform maintenance, including cloning, patch management, and bi-annual upgrades.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Active Directory) using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
  • Collaborate with IT, business, and vendor teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver training.
  • Drive continuous improvement by adopting ServiceNow advancements (e.g., Now Assist GenAI, Predictive Intelligence).

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow administration, development, or architecture.
  • Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow modules (ITxM, CSM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps, SPM).
  • Experience in incident resolution, request fulfillment, cloning, patch management, and platform upgrades in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request Management).

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes).
  • Strong experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub).
  • Skilled in automation using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
