  • Market Analysis and Benchmarking:

Conduct research and analysis to ensure the company's compensation and benefits packages are competitive.

  • Compliance:

Ensuring that all compensation and benefits practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Communication and Employee Relations:

Effectively communicating compensation and benefits information to employees and addressing their inquiries.

  • Performance Management:

Participating in performance reviews, salary adjustments, and promotions.

  • Budget Management:

Managing compensation and benefits budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in compensation and benefits software and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
  • Experience with salary surveys and market analysis.
  • Understanding relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any course, preferably Accounting or any similar
  • with at least 2-3 years related experience
  • willing to work on a Night Shift schedule, weekends off
  • willing to work onsite
  • willing to work in Mandaluyong
  • can start ASAP
