  • Manage government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), including enrollment, contributions, and claims processing.

  • Handle tax-related responsibilities, including monthly tax filings,

    annualization, and ensuring accurate computation and remittance of

    employee taxes.

  • Can work effectively under extreme pressure with minimal supervision.

  • Monthly Time Keeping Data validation and preparation of payroll (15th &

    30/31st) Manage and process monthly government statutory payment.

  • Computes the approved government benefits of employees (Sickness, Maternity,

    etc.) processes advance payments, and secures reimbursement to

    respective government agencies.

  • Maintain knowledge of state and local payroll regulations and requirements to ensure compliance.

  • Assists in audits and data preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal compensation policies, preparing reports as needed.
  • Validates and computes the final pay of resigned employees.
  • Provide assistance to employees related to compensation and benefits concerns.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Accounting, or any related courses.
  • At least 1 year of processing or similar experiences.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team-player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to gather and interpret diverse source documents to ensure proper accounting of various transactions.
  • Experience in handling HRIS and other payroll-related systems is a PLUS.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, specifically in MS Excel.
  • Willing to Work at Suite 3003-A East Tektite Towers, Brgy. San Antonio, Exchange Road, Ortigas, Pasig City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,070.00 per month
