Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or any related field ( experience in a similar role is an advantage).
  • With at least 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels).
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
  • Strong creative sense and ability to conceptualize engaging campaigns, captions, and visuals tailored to different audiences.
  • Adept in basic photography, video editing, and/or graphic design is a strong plus.
  • Excellent command of English and Filipino for both written and verbal communication.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to stay updated on the latest digital trends and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and schedule compelling content across multiple social media platforms.
  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to keep the brand relevant.
  • Track and analyze content performance through insights and analytics, recommending adjustments to improve reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align content with overall business goals.
  • Produce short-form and long-form content, including captions, blog articles, reels, and promotional videos.
  • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support ad placements, boosting strategies, and digital promotions.
