As we expand our digital footprint, we're looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to join our team and lead our social media strategy across multiple platforms.

Position: Social Media Manager

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media presence to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement. This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong understanding of current social trends, analytics, and content development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage content calendars and schedule daily posts across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok)
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to user interactions and messages in a timely and brand-consistent manner
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Meta Business Suite.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns and product launches
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms
  • Report monthly KPIs, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a services-based industry
  • Strong portfolio of successful campaigns or social accounts managed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and basic design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, audience engagement, and social media advertising
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with paid social campaigns and budget management
  • Familiarity with influencer or brand ambassador collaboration
  • Basic video editing skills for short-form content

Work Schedule:

  • 40hrs / week
  • 9 hours shift with 1 hour break
  • Monday - Friday
  • Early Hours Philippine Time
  • Work Schedule affected by Daylight Savings

Compensation:

  • Competitive pay based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
