JOB SUMMARY

A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's brand, products, or services online. They play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads or sales through various digital channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help plan and run digital marketing campaigns on different platforms (social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
  • Track and report results to see how campaigns are performing.
  • Do market research and keep updated on digital trends.
  • Create content for blogs, social media, and email.
  • Assist in managing and growing the company's social media pages.
  • Work with design, content, and sales teams to support marketing activities.
  • Help set up and monitor email marketing campaigns and automation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, or online advertising.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
  • Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of social media ads, content creation, and email marketing.
  • Comfortable working with data to support decisions.
  • Creative and able to produce engaging content.
  • Experience with design tools like CANVA or Photoshop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
