Job Summary: Oversees a company's interactions with the public by implementing content strategies on social media platforms. Their duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand.
  • Using the company's social media accounts to interact with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Analyzing the company's digital marketing plan and social media strategy, identifying strategic weaknesses, and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Investigating social media trends and informing management of changes that pertain to the company's marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Has an experience to customer service or related field
  • Knowledgeable about digital marketing.
  • Has an experience in content management
  • Impressive content writing skills
  • Capable to deliver creative contents
  • Knowledgeable about SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiar about online marketing channels
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Social Media Management: 1 year (Preferred)
