Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our business development, brand collaboration, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in KOL/Influencer cooperation, especially on platforms such as TikTok, and be able to assist in negotiations, project coordination, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sales activities, lead generation, and customer communication.
  • Support the marketing team in executing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Manage KOL/Influencer collaborations, including outreach, negotiation, content review, and campaign tracking.
  • Coordinate with KOLs on platforms such as TikTok for brand integrations and promotional campaigns.
  • Support brand negotiation processes and help facilitate agreements and deliverables.
  • Work closely with project managers to quickly understand project needs and ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, influencer management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of KOL cooperation logic on platforms such as TikTok, including pricing, campaign formats, and performance metrics.
  • Proven experience assisting with brand negotiations and successful influencer campaign execution.
  • Ability to quickly understand project needs and coordinate tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in social media platforms, especially TikTok; plus: knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Basic data-analysis skills are a plus.
