JOB SUMMARY
The Creative Director is responsible for leading the creative team in delivering innovative, compelling, and results-driven campaigns for clients. This role requires a deep understanding of design, branding, storytelling, and digital marketing to ensure that all creative outputs align with the clients' vision and the agency's objectives. He or she will manage a diverse group of creative professionals, from copywriters, art directors to graphic designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and brave transformations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Stability
Develops and executes creative strategies that drive client success. Ensures that concepts are innovative, addresses gaps, on-brand, and culturally relevant.
Ensures all creative work adheres to high standards of quality, consistency, and innovation, and is delivered on time and within budget.
Process Excellence
Oversees the development and execution of all creative concepts, ensuring they align with client briefs, brand guidelines and business objectives.
Leads, mentors, and inspires a multidisciplinary team of copywriters, art directors, and graphic designers.
Fosters a collaborative and innovative environment.
Works closely with account management, digital production, and development teams to ensure creative work supports and enhances campaign objectives across all digital and traditional channels.
Partners with internal teams to integrate creative ideas into cohesive, impactful campaigns.
Manages creative resources, ensuring that the right talent is allocated to the right projects to maximize team efficiency and project success.
Measures and analyzes the effectiveness of creative campaigns, using data and feedback to refine future creative output.
Client Satisfaction
Acts as the main creative point of contact for key clients, presenting ideas and creative solutions while ensuring the agency's work meets or exceeds client expectations.
Motivation and Learning
Stays updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to continually inspire the team to push creative boundaries.
Attends trainings, seminars, and masterclass for continuous development.
BASIC RELATIONSHIP
He or she reports to the Chief Creative Officer.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Confidential handling and safekeeping of proprietary information of the Company and employees
Preserves the company's interest in all aspect of its operation
Office equipment – laptop
WORKING CONDITION
Primarily reports in the office. May be required to travel outside the office to meet with clients. The incumbent spends considerable time managing and supporting the creatives team.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATION :
-Graduate of Bachelor's in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
-Relevant advanced degree or certification is a plus.
EXPERIENCE :
-Must have at least seven (7) or more years of experience within an advertising, digital, or creative agency, with a proven track record of delivering innovative and effective creative work.
-With at least three (3) years of experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of creatives.
OTHERS :
-Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, branding, storytelling, and multi-channel campaigns, with a deep understanding of design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
-Proven ability to lead and inspire creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
-Exceptional client-facing skills with experience presenting creative work and maintaining strong client relationships.
-Ability to develop and execute creative strategies that are aligned with broader business and marketing goals.
-Experience working with cross-functional teams, including account management, media, production, and strategy to create integrated campaigns.
-Strong ability to creatively solve problems and overcome challenges, while maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas to clients and internal teams.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high-level of creativity and attention to detail.
-Passion for keeping up with creative trends, exploring new technologies, and pushing creative boundaries to deliver cutting-edge campaigns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php90, Php130,000.00 per month
