JOB SUMMARY
The Art Director is primarily tasked to develop creative designs and artworks, contribute to the creative strategy and execution of all products, advertising, and promotion materials, translating brand strategy that drive customer engagement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads the understanding of the ideas from the project brief through brainstorming and ideation.
Translates and executes concepts into visual artwork.
Ensures that the day-to-day deliverables and end-to-end project deliverables of the creatives team are carried out and escalate issues to the Creative Director.
Must be able to manage team timeline and workload.
BASIC RELATIONSHIP
He or she reports to the Creative Director.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Confidential handling and safekeeping of proprietary information of the Company and employees
Preserves the company's interest in all aspect of its operation
Office equipment – laptop
WORKING CONDITION
Primarily based in the office but may be required to travel to attend events. The incumbent spends considerable time interpreting core concepts and collaborating with peers and other departments to ensure alignment.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATION : Graduate of Fine Arts, Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Digital Media.
EXPERIENCE : Must have at least three (3) years of solid experience in the advertising field, preferably above-the-line and digital advertising.
OTHERS :
-Must present a good example of creative works in the portfolio (spatial design, booth design, stage layout).
-Proficiency in 3D, photography, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Premiere, After Effects, UI & UX Design, Google Sketch up, and other 3D Design and rendering software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php90, Php110,000.00 per month
