3D Visualiser

We are seeking a highly skilled and creatively driven 3D Visualiser to produce high-quality photorealistic renders that bring our architectural designs to life. You'll support both internal project development and external builder and developer presentations, helping communicate design intent with clarity, mood, and precision. Working closely with our design, drafting, and marketing teams, you'll deliver compelling visuals that align with contemporary trends and developer expectations – from residential façades and interiors to site context and landscape representation.

• Create photo-realistic 3D renders of residential and small-scale commercial buildings (interior and exterior).
• Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and concepts to produce accurate and visually compelling visuals.
• Provide renders for internal use (conceptual design development) and external presentation (client proposals, sales, marketing).
• Build and manage 3D models with appropriate lighting, textures, and materials.
• Collaborate with Designers, Drafting Team, and Creative Director to align visual outputs with architectural intent and project brand.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on spatial layout, materials, and presentation styling.
• Support marketing and sales material with rendered imagery, animation fly-throughs, or interactive content where applicable.
• Maintain a library of commonly used assets, materials, and templates to support workflow efficiency.
• Meet deadlines and adapt quickly to feedback or design changes.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in architectural visualisation or 3D rendering.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, or Enscape (depending on pipeline).
• Strong skills in Photoshop or equivalent for post-production enhancements.
• High level of attention to detail, lighting, materiality, and realism.
• Understanding of Australian residential building design and current architectural trends.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a creative team.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to meet project deadlines.

Desirable Qualities

• Background in Amazingness.
• Experience working in a design or creative studio environment.
• Interest in building design trends, property development, and lifestyle branding.
• Ability to produce simple fly-through animations or immersive walk-throughs a bonus.

Additional Job Details:

• Set-up and Location: Onsite (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, Cebu)

• Work Schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 PM AU Time | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time

• Employment Type: Full-time All interviews and other hiring requirements are done virtually or through video calls or emails.
