Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with players through official community channels (social media, forums, in-game chat) in Bahasa Indonesia, ensuring clear, friendly, and professional communication.
  • Provide timely and effective customer service, assisting players with inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Ensure fair play and adherence to community guidelines, documenting and reporting any violations along with actions taken.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve in-game or platform-related issues; document problems and solutions for future reference.
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive community atmosphere for Indonesian players.
  • Assist players with technical issues related to the game, accounts, and supported platforms.
  • Provide guidance to players regarding game mechanics, events, and updates.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) checks and bug tests on game clients, updates, and platforms when required.
  • Collaborate closely with Game Masters, customer support teams, and cross-functional departments to improve player experience.
  • Gather, translate, and report Indonesian player feedback to inform game improvements and development decisions.
  • Support daily operational tasks, including event moderation and community activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
