Job Purpose

The PR & Community Manager will lead the brand's influencer relations, PR activations, and community growth strategies. This role ensures Richboyz builds strong connections with influencers, subcultures, and communities, expanding brand visibility and relevance in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & PR Management

  • Identify and connect with influencers, artists, and key personalities (macro, micro, niche).
  • Create PR campaign plans for each collection and season.
  • Oversee PR package concept, execution, sending, and tracking.
  • Maintain a database of influencers and track ROI (who posted, reach, engagement).

Community Development

  • Scout and tap into new communities (e.g., drag, music, sports, streetwear, art).
  • Build and nurture relationships with niche groups that align with the Richboyz culture.
  • Represent the brand at events, community meet-ups, and collaborations.

Brand Activation

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to align PR pushes with campaigns.
  • Suggest collabs, partnerships, or events that strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years experience in PR, influencer marketing, or community management.
  • Strong network in fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries (bonus if streetwear scene).
  • Excellent communication skills; persuasive and relationship-driven.
  • Proactive, creative, and highly organized.
  • Familiar with tracking tools (Google Sheets, Notion, etc.) and social media analytics.

Personality Fit

  • Outgoing, loves networking, enjoys being in communities.
  • Understands Gen Z culture, subcultures, and social media trends.
  • Proactive → doesn't wait for instructions, comes up with new ideas and leads them.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
