Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, General Accounting

In this role, you will be responsible to perform basic to complex level General Accounting tasks and other processes. You will work within the General Accounting team to develop a winning strategy, develop it with the service line, then present for internal approval and customer acceptance.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for routine tasks and preparation of reconciliations and other reports within General Accounting.  Also responsible for monitoring and communicating with other units within the Center and with the client to ensure activity timelines and quality objectives are met.
  • Be the primary point of contact for client's plant finance managers and their direct reports
  • Monitor journal entry mailboxes with minimum to no supervision from Team/Cluster Lead
  • Work with General Accounting Team/Cluster Lead to ensure tasks are timely and accurately completed
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by General Accounting Team/Cluster Lead

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or Business-related courses
  • With General Accounting experience
  • Computer Literate – Proficient in the use of MS Office particularly Excel
  • Good communication skills – both oral and written
  • Working knowledge on US GAAP specifically on ledgers, journal entries, Accruals processing, reconciliations, Fixed Asset Accounting, Deduction processing and Payroll Production Processing
  • Knowledgeable in SAP
  • Preferably from food/Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry but not required
  • Collaboration skills (with internal stakeholders & with customers)
