You will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, managing engagement, and analyzing performance to drive brand awareness, community growth, and conversions

  • Develop and implement customized social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest).
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
  • Monitor trends and competitor activity to stay relevant and innovative.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.) and generate monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, photographers, and other team members as needed.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns (optional, depending on client needs).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (portfolio required).
  • Deep understanding of each platform's best practices, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing is a plus.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Optional/Preferred:
  • Experience in influencer marketing or UGC.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients/accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO and email marketing.
