POSITION SUMMARY:

This role will oversee content strategy, paid media execution, community engagement, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and a data-driven thinker, with hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Studio, and other social media management tools.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Lead content planning, creation, and scheduling across multiple accounts.
  • Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for short-form and long-form content.
  • Design and oversee production of visual assets (videos, graphics, photos).
  • Manage paid social campaigns via Meta Ads Manager and other platforms.
  • Monitor and engage with online communities, escalating issues as needed.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports using tools like Sprout, Hootsuite, or YouTube Studio.
  • Collaborate with creative teams for multimedia content development.
  • Coordinate co-op content and ad creation for partner campaigns.
  • Stay current with social media trends and platform updates.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work US hours (EST time zone).
  • Proficiency in social media tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, YouTube Studio).
  • Skilled in design and video editing software (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut).
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and YouTube campaign optimization.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for branding and storytelling.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and trends.
