We seek a Social Media & Video Content Specialist to create engaging content and manage digital presence across multiple platforms. The role involves developing video and social media strategies to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility. This position is critical for driving impactful online campaigns and fostering community interaction.

What You'll Do:
You'll be the kind of person who:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and follower growth across platforms.
  • Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content for campaigns, promotions, or informational purposes.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to align content with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Manage content calendars to ensure timely posting and consistent messaging.
  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages to build audience relationships.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and video editing tools to incorporate innovative techniques.
  • Optimize content for search engine visibility and platform-specific algorithms.
RequirementsWhat You Bring:
We're looking for someone who:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, video production, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Canva.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling content.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail to produce visually appealing content.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
