Recruitment Manager

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager who will oversee end-to-end recruitment, training and development, and coordination with department heads. This role ensures the company attracts top talent, supports employee growth, and aligns workforce planning with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
  • Develop and implement training programs.
  • Partner with department heads to align staffing and development needs.
  • Monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and training effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration.
  • 3–5 years of proven recruitment and training experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
