JOB DESCIPTION:

  1. To develop retail bakery and food service segments and initiate sales plans to penetrate targeted key accounts.
  2. Take initiative to achieve sales targets.
  3. To support local distributors to grow Rich's TCCS(Toppings, Creams, and Culinary Solutions.) sales volume and implementation of marketing activities.
  4. Effectively manage customer account to build strong business relationship.
  5. Focus and analyze market development competitors, identify new business opportunity, expand & grow Product Penetration and Market Share.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Experience in bakery or beverage ingredients required.
  2. Title will depend on experience and skills.
  3. College+ diploma.
  4. Good sales skill and key account management capability.
  5. Minimum 5+ years working experience in foodservice or retail bakery relative food industrial, bakery/beverage ingredients would be an advantage.
  6. Able to communicate in English and local Philippine .
  7. Pleasant personality, independent, result oriented, good interpersonal skills and a good team player.
  8. Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
  9. Excel and power point computer skill is necessary.
