Responsible in providing clerical and administrative support to the sales, marketing, and administration department.
Qualifications:
· College graduate of any 4-year course or 2-year course (Associate Degree / Diploma Degree).
· Pleasing personality & has a positive outlook in life.
· With good customer service skills
· Computer literate
· Organized, systematic and flexible in work.
· Responsible, self-motivated, self-initiative can work with minimal supervision.
· Can do multi-tasking job, hardworking & honest.
· Meticulous and keen on details.
· Has a sense of urgency and can manage pressure.
Responsibilities:
· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
· Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
· Communicating with customers through various channels.
· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
· Knowing our products inside and out to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
· Bookkeeping, prepares reports, recording and filing.
· Conduct market research, inventory monitoring and various other duties.
