Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field required (or equivalent advanced training).
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in education or institutional settings.
  • Proven experience in:
  • HR systems improvement and process digitization
  • Organizational development and culture-building initiatives
  • Recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Labor relations and compliance coordination with external counsel
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with a balance of structure and empathy

Role Summary

  • The HR Director serves as the chief people and culture leader of the University, overseeing all human resources functions to ensure an engaged, high-performing, and well-supported workforce.
  • The role combines operational HR management with strategic organizational development, driving digitization of HR processes, stronger hiring and evaluation systems, and meaningful employee engagement and retention programs.

Reports to: Executive Vice President and Executive Committee

Work Setup: Full-time, hybrid, with required onsite presence
