Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Track incoming and outgoing materials and ensure proper documentations
  • Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure stock availability.
  • Identify and report slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
  • Assist in forecasting inventory needs and planning stock replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors or logistics partners for timely deliveries and returns.
  • Prepare reports on inventory status, trends, and KPIs for management.
  • Support audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Location: Cebu City, Cebu

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in Inventory Management
  • Barcoding/QR System Experience is an advantage.
