New Account Acquisition and Development
Identify and prioritize potential clients within designated territories or market segments.
- Implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and acquire new accounts.
- Gather market information to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers in target accounts.
- Customize product offerings and proposals to meet the specific needs and requirements of prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation processes for new accounts.
- Conducts sampling activities
- Gives feedback to management on industry developments, new products and other related information relevant to the business
- Ensure sales operation are within the budget
Prepare daily sales order .
Product Expansion and Upselling
Identify opportunities for introducing new products to new and existing accounts based on customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to understand new product offerings and their potential fit within the existing customer base.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of new offerings and upsell opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and customer feedback related to new and existing products, making adjustments to sales strategies as needed.
Track and report on the success of product expansion and upselling efforts, including revenue growth and customer retention metrics.
Well-managed AR
Ensure end to end collection transactions are correctly and accurately accounted for Job Profile
- Ensure timely collection of term accounts
- Close coordination with collectors, credit admin officer to avoid OCL, past due account that would hinder deliveries
- Monitors account receivables regularly
- Evaluates credit worthiness of customers and submit appropriate recommendation/s to finance to protect company assets/resources
- Ensure completeness of requirements needed for credit evaluation
• Review and reconcile hanging accounts Timely collection of BIR Form 2307
Field Reports/Performance Tracking
Submit Daily Sales Productivity Report
- Submit administerial reports e.g. DCR, ER
- Submit competitive report
- Monitors local hog prices: live hog/carcass
Update management of new products in the market
Resource Management
Ensure service vehicle and other selling equipment provided by company are properly maintained
- Follow strictly guidelines schedule of maintenance repairs procedure on company assets provided by the company to ensure these are always on tip-top shape
