Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
