About the role

As a Logistics, Airlines Call Center Representative at FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION'), you will be playing a vital role in providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Davao City, Davao del Sur.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to incoming calls from customers, handling a wide range of inquiries and requests related to logistics and airline services
  2. Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Documenting call details and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the logistics or airline industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
  3. Proficient in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet
  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  6. Proficient in using various computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
