Responsibilities:

  • Provides overall leadership in the GMA Physical Distribution shop floor per shift.
  • Manage proper and efficient preparation of sales orders (finished goods), delivery documentation and delivery planning of orders.
  • Maintain and ensure accurate order entries into SAP.
  • Ensure proper truck scheduling and transport planning (truckers scheduling based on transport zoning).
  • Keep track of all order entries, inbound and outbound flow of delivery and returned document thru Document Controller & Liquidation Team with the end goal of avoiding delays.
  • Manage and ensure timeliness of deliveries of order and delivery documents.
  • Meet required product delivery targets and timeliness.
  • Plans for daily GMA Physical Distribution activities by scheduling based on prioritization and urgency.
  • Ensures integrity and accuracy of the physical stocks (returned/backload stocks) in the distribution centers and backload areas in the plant versus system's records.
  • Ensures accurate picking/packing of stocks for delivery from distribution centers to customers.
  • Manages material handling equipment by reporting and sending to repair all damaged and broken equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four year business or engineering course.
  • At least 3 years experience in a supervisory position handle order encoding, warehousing and physical distribution, planning and operations in a manufacturing company.
  • With knowledge in SAP, WMS and other MRP system.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php27,000.00 per month
