We are looking for :
ADMIN OFFICER
Job Summary:
An Admin Officer acts as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets), organizing company records, and ensuring administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or business management or any related field
- Proven experience in Administrative roles
- Strong Communication & Leadership skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and growing environment
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like desktop computers, laptops, printers, and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) and Google Workspace
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Job Description:
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or electronic copy)
- Filing and documentation of administrative paperwork including important and confidential files
- Organize and maintain documents through creating a filing system
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisition new equipment and supplies as needed
- Oversee the office and stationery supplies inventory and ensure to request orders when necessary.
- Act as point of contact for the company for coordination with building, suppliers, and etc
- Arrange flights, transportation, and accommodation for company staff
- Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons, and employee team-building activities
- Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assist with financial, human resources, and general administrative systems and processes
- Records, monitor, updates, and makes report of the company inventory
- Canvass requests from the different department and creates PO then send to suppliers.
- Tasked to supervise the Administration Team
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Management.
