KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
- Increase machine sales and market share through the implementation of company sales policies
- Develop/implement monthly and quarterly sales plan to increase sales and generated leads
- Retain and penetrate route calls on prospect/accounts
- Conduct cold canvass on prospects
- Attend appropriate trade shows/exhibits and on the promotional efforts as required
- Continuously update product knowledge and selling skills
- Monitor and comply with pricing procedure
- Conduct product demonstration
- Keep abreast of competition
- Understand account's problem and needs of people by conducting accurate and thorough data gathering
Administrative
- Attend and participate in all sales related meetings
- Comply with the company policies on orders, credit items and deliveries
- Prepares a customized proposal base on the data gathered
- Continuously update customer profile and other reports such as:
- Generate relevant sales reports (ie. Customer Service Report (CSR), Sales Coverage Analysis, Daily Account Visit Summary, Buying Habits, Post Mortem Report, Monthly Sales Projection, 5-month Rolling Projection, Accounts Portfolio Categorizing)
Ad Hoc
- Prepare and submit Customer Information Sheet on new accounts for credit approval
- Supervise collection effort on delinquent account
- Perform other tasks related to the job that maybe assigned by Superior
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree, any course
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in an industrial or business solutions company
- Must have the passion and enthusiasm to pursue a career in sales
- Must possess excellent communication and good negotiation skills
- Proficiency in digital technology is preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in Makati
