What You'll Be Doing
As a CSR/Sales Coordinator you'll be part of the Sales team, being the administrative and analytical powerhouse that helps the team achieve its revenue, growth, and EBIT targets. You'll also be reporting directly to a New Zealand based manager, giving you the chance to collaborate closely with the international team.Your key tasks will include:
- Your focus will be providing proactive, customer-focused, results-driven service and support for the sales process. This includes:
- Optimizing efficiencies and processes, including advertising bookings, charging, campaign management, reporting, and presentations.
- Providing high-level support to enable the sales team to succeed.
- Developing and maintaining effective customer relations and two-way communication to keep customers and the team updated on deadlines, campaigns, and offerings.
- Quickly providing solutions and addressing issues.
- Encouraging innovation to identify smarter ways of working and driving their implementation.
- Working quickly and efficiently to manage time and prioritize all deadlines.
