Join the pre-opening team of Astral Motors Corporation, a dealership servicing Bulacan for BYD cars. Help us deliver the next generation of new energy vehicles (Full EVs and Plug-in Hybrids) to the Philippines.

Requirements

  • 4-year graduate
  • At least 3 years' experience in automotive sales as a manager in sales and customer service, with a degree of exposure in back of house operations
  • Skilled in training sales team, general business development, sales planning
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent holistic approach to management, centered in the care of all customers , team members, and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Involvement in the supervision, growth, and training of team members to maximize their potential
  • Development of healthy, complete, and systematized business operations
  • Planning, oversight, and attainment of sales, service quality, operations, and compliance goals
  • Attainment of satisfactory customer, internal, stakeholder scoring / audits, as well as all applicable laws and regulations
  • Adherence and the espousing to a culture of professionalism, being goal centered, organization, and personal involvement / ownership
  • Implementation of sales programs online, on site, and in various sites throughout Bulacan and the Greater Metro Manila area
  • Pre-opening team member for BYD Baliwag. Expected to extend assistance in general business development goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
