QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Additional training or certification in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics is an advantage.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Experience within the ERP system is a plus.
- Proven supervisory or team leader experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Familiar with transportation coordination, delivery scheduling, and documentation processes.
- Understanding of safety, security, and quality control standards in warehousing.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize warehouse and logistics performance.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and accountability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
WAREHOUSE:
- Create and implement the warehousing/storage plan
- Lead and instruct a team of warehouse custodian and staff in implementing the warehousing/storage plan
- Monitor all SKUs from Raw Material, Work In Progress, Finished Goods and Raw Material Reject. Count and store according to storage plan
- Check all documents submitted by staff for daily movement. This includes Request Form,
- Acknowledgement Form, Transmittal, FGTS, Delivery Receipt, Sales Invoice, Receiving RM Report, Reverse Logistic Report Etc.
- Check the result of random physical count at any time of the month as scheduled
- Enter to the database (MRP and NetSuite) all required and relevant data
- Create Storage Plan for all SKUs integrating best practices, practical and efficient storage, storage condition, ensuring the quality and in good condition
- Perform official monthly month-end physical count with Finance representative as witness. Furnish Report and resolute variances.
- Attend to subordinates' concern
- Assess and approve leave application of staff
- Assess and endorse overtime request for approval of subordinates
- Check/review request for supplies and consumables of subordinates
- Endorse CAPEX request for warehousing needs such as material handling equipment and machines
- Request Raw Material to the Procurement Specialist in accordance to the Procure to Pay Procedure
- Be involved in the calculation and determination of SKUs safety stock and all kinds of inventory level Be involved in the tactical planning to achieve target KPls of the department particularly those mainly involved the section such as ITR, COGS and CCC
- Be involved in all Corrective Action and Continuous Improvement Project
- Accountable to all assets endorsed to the section and personal such as workstation and gadgets
- Report incidents and request NTE for all matters performed by subordinates that is violating the COC
- Create any reports or provide data as needed by any internal customer deemed allowable
- Calculate KPls and create report and present such during Operations Monthly Meeting
- Coordinate and Collaborate to all relevant departments and colleague for the effective execution of organizational goal or strategies.
- Participate in all discussions about the metric, target, and result. Share inputs, outlooks, insights and opinions.
- Be abreast in warehousing and storage trend and technologies.
- Be amenable to any learning and growth offering of the management.
- Provide recommendation and endorse Performance Management Evaluation of subordinates, May recommend and endorse top performing staff (or organizations' recognition and reward program.
- Attend and represent the Operations department to any regular and specjal meetings as instructed.
- Perform any instruction or any task relevant to the function of Warehouse and Logistics.
Logistic Specific:
- Create Dally Top and Route Planning
- Oversee and coordinate all shipping. receiving, and distribution operations.
- Create and Implement Monthly and Daily Fulfillment Plan. Manage schedule and workload.
- Lead and Instruct a team of dnvers and porters In implementing the warehousing/storage plan Pick. Pack and ship in close coordination With customer contact or with Sales representatives
- Check and revtew all documents related to fulfillment to ensure accuracy This includes Delivery Receipt,
- Sates Invoice. Provisional Receipt, Acknowledgement Form, etc.
- Enter to the database (MRP and NetSuite) all required and relevant data
- Create Fulfillment Plan for all sales order integrating best practices, practical and efficient trip, trip condition, ensuring the quality of FG while in transit.
- Instruct and Manage Logistics Road mishap and emergency
- Develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency. customer service, and cost savings.
- Attend to subordinates' concern.
- Assess and approve leave application of staff.
- Assess and endorse overtime request for approval of subordinates
- Check/review request for supplies and consumables of subordinates.
- Manage Logistics fund and ensure appropriate spending
- Endorse CAPEX request for logistics needs such as material handling equipment and machines and delivery vehicle
- Source out third-party logistics provider, negotiate pricing and payment terms.
- Monitor the performance of the 3rd party provider and report such as needed. Recommend continued or termination of service
- Monitor all relevant data for daily logistics operations (inbound and outbound). Enter in dedicated database.
General
- Adhere to the Safety Management System of the company. Perform HIRAC and report all unsafe acts and conditions
- Adhere Perform to 5S. the See Quality 5S checklistManagement System of the company
- Request Job Order to FME as needed
- Lead, inspire and Motivate subordinates to share common goals of the section, department and organization
- Be involved in the calculation and determination of Days Of Trip (DOT) and Logistics Cost as requested at any time
- Be involved in the tactical planning to achieve target KPls of the department particularly those mainly involved the section such as Cost Per Liter, TAT, Backload cost and Last mile delivery cost
- Be involved in all Corrective Action and Continuous Improvement Project
- Accountable to all assets endorsed to the section and personal such as workstation and gadgets
- Report incidents and request NTE for all matters performed by subordinates that is violating the COC
- Create any reports or provide data as needed by any internal customer deemed allowable
