Job Summary:

The Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, effective communication, and efficient organizational workflows.

Job Description:

  • Manage phone communications by answering, directing, and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Schedule appointments and maintain organized calendars.

  • Prepare, draft, and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.

  • Assist in generating, formatting, and finalizing regularly scheduled reports to support business operations.

  • Maintain office efficiency by managing filing systems, updating policies, and ordering supplies.

  • Provide general support to visitors and act as a point of contact for both internal and external clients.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

  • Must have good communication skills and can deal with different kinds of customers.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
