
Accounting Admin Assistant

Location: Globe Telecom Plaza (Pioneer Highlands Tower 1), Pioneer cor. Madison St. Mandaluyong City
Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM & Saturday 8AM-12PM
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting:
- Assist in checking billing reports of service providers before processing payments
- Support Sr. Accounting Staff on disbursement processes (creation of check vouchers and any disbursement process related works)
- Assist Finance and Accounting in creating accounting-related reports (ledgers, reconciliations, etc.) and comfortable in presenting to Management if necessary
- Assist in the development of accounting system of the organization (data consolidation and user testing works)
- Verifying accounts of unit owners/residents/occupants before endorsement of gate pass / work permit requests to department head
Administrative:
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence, including assisting in filing of department head's various files from all departments
- Maintain completeness of 201 files of unit owners and lessees
- Prepare and maintain important documents, reports, and basic contracts
- Address unit owners' and occupants' admin concerns in the office or via phone/email
- Coordinate with different departments based on unit owners and lessee's needs
- Create minutes of the meeting if necessary

REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Admin roles preferably in property management but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently & effectively
- Pleasing personality and good character
- Availability to undergo face to face interview and to start work immediately
- Starting salary is P18,000-P20,000 (negotiable depending on experience) with opportunities for increase during performance evaluations based on performance.
