The role involves end-to-end management of sourcing operations, recruitment branding, partnerships, and budget oversight while ensuring alignment with organizational workforce plans.

Key Responsibilities:

● Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline through referral generation, sourcing campaigns, talent branding efforts, and other strategic and creative channels.
● Manage multiple sourcing projects across all channels, from planning to evaluation.
● Lead university hiring initiatives and establish partnerships with academic institutions and local government units (LGUs).
● Oversee all online sourcing channels, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
● Roll out improvements for recruitment branding and marketing initiatives to strengthen employer brand presence.
● Evaluate sourcing tools by monitoring per-channel share-of-hire and use data-driven insights to optimize sourcing strategies.
● Track and maintain pipeline activities; develop proactive strategies to build pre-qualified talent pools aligned with workforce needs.
● Act as the first approver for all online job postings and referral mechanics, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
● Manage external partnerships professionally, ensuring every engagement is supported by approved Memorandums of Understanding/Agreements.
● Prepare, manage, and validate sourcing budgets, expenses, third-party payments, and referral disbursements for final approval.
● Define and allocate sourcing budgets effectively across channels, platforms, and campaigns.

● Stakeholder management
● Identify and introduce techniques, tools, and best practices to improve team productivity and sourcing outcomes.
● Gather and act on feedback from recruitment partners regarding lead quality; refine sourcing strategies as needed.
● Prepare regular reports covering channel performance, pipeline availability, lead quality, cost-benefit analysis, and overall sourcing effectiveness.
● Perform other related duties as assigned to support organizational goals and recruitment operations.
