About the role

Airmix Enterprise Construction Incorporated is seeking a skilled and experienced Scaffolder to join our growing team in Quezon City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the safe installation, dismantling and maintenance of scaffolding structures on construction sites to enable the safe completion of various projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Safely assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures according to blueprints and design specifications
  • Inspect scaffolding materials and components to ensure they are in good condition and fit for use
  • Identify and rectify any issues or defects in the scaffolding structure
  • Work closely with the construction team to understand project requirements and timelines
  • Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations on site
  • Participate in regular training to maintain and develop your scaffolding skills

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Scaffolder, preferably in the construction industry
  • Ability to read and interpret scaffolding plans and design specifications
  • Strong practical skills in assembling, maintaining and dismantling scaffolding structures
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
