A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

You are an Admin Staff – Property Management, a champion in your field. As part of the A-Team, your role plays an important part in supporting the daily operations of an Australian real estate property management team. Your tasks include:

  • Reviewing and processing rental applications, especially during peak weekly periods

  • Sending daily rental arrears reports and issuing reminder emails to tenants via Property Me

  • Preparing and issuing Notices of Rent Increases using VCAT, and forwarding to Property Managers

  • Uploading Gas and Electrical Compliance reports and sending copies to property owners

  • Preparing documentation for Tenant Transfers, including forms and condition reports

  • Assigning TAPI invoices to the relevant Property Managers for action

  • Following up on TAPI job requests and coordinating with tenants and trades for status updates

A BIT ABOUT YOU
  • 1–2 years of administrative support or real estate operations experience (preferred)

  • Familiarity with Property Me and TAPI systems is highly desirable

  • Basic understanding of Australian rental property compliance procedures

  • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written

  • Strong attention to detail and time management

  • Proactive, collaborative, and effective in a remote work setting

  • Comfortable with routine tasks while maintaining quality and consistency

  • Timely and accurate processing of rent-related tasks and tenant communications

  • Smooth coordination with Property Managers, minimizing follow-ups

  • Up-to-date compliance records and organized tenant files

  • Responsiveness to operational priorities and task changes
