We need a dual-threat marketer who can dominate BOTH local SEO and paid advertising—not someone who's "done both," but someone who's mastered both. You'll also need to have mastered email marketing, content & some social media marketing too.Your Mission:Launch new brands fast: Run profitable paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LSA, Facebook) to generate leads from day 1Build long-term dominance: Implement local SEO strategies that get brands ranking in the local 3-pack and driving organic leads within daysOptimize the mix: Know when to lean into paid vs. SEO based on brand maturity, competition, and budgetYou'll work directly with our executive team, managing end-to-end marketing strategy, analytics, systems, and their implementation for multiple brands simultaneously. This is a hands-on role—you'll build the campaigns, write the ads, optimize the sites, and analyze the data.
