Role Overview:

We're looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing & Sales Specialist to build and run lead generation and sales conversion initiatives. You'll play a key role in filling our pipeline with qualified leads, nurturing them through the funnel, and helping convert them into loyal clients.

This is a cross-functional role combining digital marketing, sales automation, and B2B outreach. Perfect for someone who thrives in a startup-style environment and knows how to get scrappy for results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Build and manage prospect lists based on ICP (ideal customer profile)
  • Launch and optimize outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn
  • Manage simple paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn)
  • Set up and run lead magnets (e.g., downloadable templates, webinars)
  • Collaborate on content ideas for SEO and email funnels
  • Sales Support & Conversion:
  • Qualify leads and book them into calls with leadership
  • Create and manage CRM pipelines and lead scoring systems
  • Draft and send proposals, follow-up emails, and service brochures
  • Track key conversion metrics (MQLs, booked calls, close rates)

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in lead generation or sales for B2B or service-based businesses
  • Proven ability to manage outbound campaigns and drive conversions
  • Strong writing skills (email copy, ad copy, landing page content)
  • Comfortable with metrics, data, and light automation workflows
  • Self-starter with a test-learn-improve mindset

Work Terms:

  • Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
  • Schedule: M-F 9-6 pm EST
  • Compensation: $850 – $1,000/month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php59,032.00 per month
