ERP Functional Consultant

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 to 6 (we respect the sacred after-hours scroll)

We Need a Hero (Who Knows Their Way Around ERP)

Can you spot a broken business process from a mile away? Do you find joy in explaining ERP systems to confused humans and watching their eyes light up like, "Ooohhh"?

If you answered "Ugh, yes" to any of the above, you might just be our next ERP Functional Consultant.

At Achieve Without Borders Inc., we turn business chaos into clean dashboards and panicked spreadsheets into sleek systems. But we need a savvy ERP sidekick to lead the charge.

What You'll Be Up To:

  • Sit down with clients, sip coffee, and casually dissect their entire business operation.
  • Map out their chaos, customize solutions, and implement ERP tools like a magician with a user manual.
  • Teach mere mortals (read: users) how to use the system like pros.
  • Work closely with our tech nerds, project managers, and anyone else who will help get the job done.
  • Stick around after go-live to make sure the system runs smoother than your favorite playlist.

What You Bring to the Table (Besides Lunch Appetite):

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT or something that says "I know how stuff works."
  • At least 3 years of experience in ERP implementation (bonus points if you didn't cry through go-lives).
  • You speak fluent Odoo or NetSuite (Okay SAP or anything similar will do too) or you're willing to learn and fake it 'til you make it.
  • You love solving problems, guiding clients, and organizing chaos into calm.
  • Optional but awesome: certifications like CPA, CISA, or any alphabet-soup titles.

Extra Credit If You:

  • Can explain what an ERP is without using "uhhh… it's like Excel, but… smarter?"
  • Know the difference between UAT and "WTF is this?"
  • Thrive on solving puzzles, especially when they involve cranky users and broken processes.
