We are looking for an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge the gap between technical and functional teams. The role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring Oracle applications, developing custom solutions, and ensuring seamless system integrations. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to deliver robust Oracle solutions aligned with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Configure and customize Oracle ERP modules (such as Financials, SCM, HCM, etc.) based on business needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical components (PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, OAF, ADF, Workflow, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
  • Support data migration, system upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Provide functional and technical support for Oracle ERP applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, technical designs, test cases, and user guides.
  • Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security and data governance standards.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and team members.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion Cloud).
  • Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, OAF, ADF, and Workflow.
  • Solid understanding of at least one Oracle ERP functional area (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Payroll, etc.).
  • Experience in designing and implementing interfaces, conversions, and extensions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology or DevOps practices is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
  • Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) implementation experience.
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional).
  • Familiarity with integration tools (ODI, SOA, REST/SOAP Web Services).
  • Experience working with multinational or enterprise-scale projects.
