Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Map business processes to SAP functionalities and identify gaps.
  • Configure SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, PP according to business needs.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement system enhancements.
  • Provide end-user training and develop documentation for SAP processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure SAP solutions follow best practices and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in one or more modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, PP).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, business processes, and integration points.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects is an advantage.
  • SAP certification is preferred but not required.
