We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Functional Consultant to serve as the link between finance operations and ERP systems. This role involves working with finance and technical teams to ensure ERP platforms effectively support essential financial workflows. Key responsibilities include gathering business requirements, configuring ERP financial modules, and optimizing processes across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document financial business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Configure, test, and support ERP financial modules with focus on AP, AR, and GL.
  • Conduct system testing, facilitate end-user training, and provide post-deployment support.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related financial issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system workflows, configurations, and enhancements.
  • Recommend ERP solutions and process improvements to streamline financial operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in AP, AR, and GL functions.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, or NetSuite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite at Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
