Overview

We are seeking an experienced Order Desk Manager to lead the order processing function. This role oversees a team responsible for quote accuracy, order entry, contract execution, and workflow compliance across Salesforce and CPQ/billing systems. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, process-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance speed with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Order Desk Leadership

  • Lead the Order Desk team to ensure timely and accurate processing of quotes, orders, amendments, and contract changes.
  • Oversee end-to-end order workflows, from quote creation and approvals through booking, provisioning, and documentation.
  • Provide daily coaching, guidance, and quality assurance oversight to Order Desk Specialists.

Operational Ownership

  • Ensure order accuracy and compliance with bookings, revenue recognition, pricing, and discounting policies.
  • Manage contract and documentation workflows within CRM and CPQ systems (Salesforce, PandaDoc, DocuSign, etc.).
  • Maintain high standards of data hygiene and integrity across all order-related systems.
  • Review and validate documentation for amendments, product changes, adjustments, and add-ons.

Workflow & Systems Expertise

  • Act as the primary operational partner to Sales for pricing, quoting, approvals, contract changes, and order execution.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to quotes, CPQ logic, contract versions, product SKUs, and billing workflows.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement automation and process improvements to reduce cycle time and error rates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, and Revenue Operations to ensure order processes align with policy and support sales efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance on billing readiness, order compliance, and policy interpretation.
  • Support reporting needs related to order volume, cycle time, exceptions, quality trends, and operational KPIs.

Renewal Execution Support (as applicable)

  • Support operational components of renewal processing, including quote accuracy, documentation, and booking.
  • Ensure renewal orders meet accuracy and policy standards prior to booking, in partnership with renewal leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Order Management, Order Desk, CPQ administration, or similar operational roles.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience managing a team.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and document management tools (e.g., PandaDoc, DocuSign, Octiv, or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of quote-to-order workflows, contract execution, and SaaS product/SKU structures.
  • Proven ability to maintain accuracy and policy compliance in high-volume order environments.
  • Strong analytical and process improvement skills with a scalable mindset.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and Finance in a SaaS environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70, Php100,000.00 per month
