Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and personable Front Desk/Admin Support professional to serve as the first point of contact for our company and provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and customer-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and accurately.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Maintain and update company records, files, and databases as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in office supply management and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management for office maintenance needs.
- Perform other clerical and support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
