Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the reception and waiting areas
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, preparing basic documents, and managing files and records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth front-desk and office operations
  • Assist the management and office staff with general clerical and support tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • At least six (6) months of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Staff, or in a similar customer service role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, professional, and service-oriented attitude
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using office systems and basic digital tools
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining a welcoming, orderly, and professional office setting
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and support the team with various administrative and front-office tasks
