JOB DESCRIPTION

1.    Organizes plans, directs and controls operation of shearing line from coil withdrawal, processing into finished goods and transfer of finished goods to Warehouse in line with established standards and operating parameters.

2.    Checks condition of mechanical and electrical component of the line.

3.    Prepares weekly work schedule and assignment: check attendance and punctuality of subordinates and ensures balance distribution and optimum utilization of manpower.

4.    Analyzes line problems and conditions: Provides subordinates information, plan of action and strategies to prevent its recurrence

6.    Prepares Coil Issuance Slip Request.

7.    Personally oversee adjustments and control of operating parameters.

8.    Amply coordinates with support sections or departments such as Quality Assurance, Mechanical, Electrical, General Services, Administration and Warehouse regularly or when the need arises.

9.    Ensures attainment of productivity, quality and cost targets set by management

  1. Regularly updates subordinates on new management directives and keep track of its full compliance and implementation.

  2. Conforms to housekeeping guidelines and safety regulations

  3. Maintains an acceptable level of discipline among his subordinates
