  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, process invoices, record purchase and sale transactions, and manage the company's general ledger.
  • Transaction Management: Handle accounts payable (money owed by the company) and accounts receivable (money owed to the company), ensuring timely payments.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Payroll Processing: Assist with or manage payroll tasks, including processing timesheets, allowances, and deductions.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, such as income statements and balance sheets, and various reports for management.
  • Auditing Support: Prepare documentation and provide support during financial audits by both external and internal auditors.
  • Tax Compliance: Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Budgeting: Support senior accountants and management with budget preparation, tracking, and forecasting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
