DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Financial Recording & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and financial statements.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and variances.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

2. Bookkeeping & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and vouchers.
  • Ensure proper filing, safekeeping, and organization of all financial documents.

3. Bank & Account Reconciliation

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor cash balances and forecast cash requirements.

4. Tax & Government Compliance

  • Prepare and file BIR tax returns (VAT, EWT, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Assist in audit preparation (internal and external).

5. Budgeting & Financial Planning

  • Assist in the development of the company budget.
  • Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations for cost efficiency.
  • Support management in strategic and financial planning activities.

6. Internal Controls & Process Improvement

  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls for financial transactions.
  • Improve accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
  • CPA license
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Knowledgeable in BIR processes, tax compliance, and general accounting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
